SHIPPING ERRORS, PARTIAL SHIPMENTS & BACK ORDERS
SHIPPING ERRORS:
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. Any costumes, parts or pieces missing from your order must be reported to us within 5 days or receiving your shipment. If your carton is damaged upon receipt, please save it, as a claim may be filed with the carrier.

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS / BACK ORDERS:
If costumes on your order are completed ahead of schedule, we may send you a partial shipment and back order the balance. If we are able to comply with customer requests for special partial shipment of finished costumes, an additional charge of $10.00 per shipment will be charged.
