EXCHANGES
• Exchanges for size only of the same style may be made within two weeks after you receive your order.

• Since all costumes are made to order, we cannot accept returns for credit, refund, or exchange for another style.

Before returning your item for a size exchange, please call 1.800.477.5410 for a return authorization number to be put on the outside of your return parcel. This number with help prevent the possible missplacement or delay of your exchange. Send only the costume to be exchanged, do not include option accessories purchased seperately; however, be sure to send all items that are included free with the costume such as head poufs, gloves, skirts, etc. You will receive replacements for everything with your new order.

• Exchanges are considered new orders and are given shipping dates according to the time of the exchange.

• There is a $5.00 exchange fee per item plus a $6.00 shipping & handling fee. Additional chargers may incur for size exchanges from child sizes to adult sizes.

• You may use your Mastercard, Visa, American Express or check to pay for the exchange charges for returned costumes. Processing delays will occur if exchange, shipping and handling charges are not paid and will automatically be shipped C.O.D. (see C.O.D. orders).

• Please return costumes to exchange within 5 days of receiving your return authorization number to avoid rescheduling of your exchange order delivery date.
