| CANCELLATIONS, ADDITIONS, REFUNDS |
• CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations to your order may be made within three weeks of the date your order
was received by our order department. Please phone in your cancellations. There is a $5.00 charge per
costume for canceling.
• SPECIAL ADDITIONS TO ORDERS: Additions to your order or replacements for your cancellations,
when possible*, will be added to your existing order.
• As a service, when adding to an existing order, the addition will be entered with the order’s
original discount. This add-on amount is limited to no more than 10% of your original order. *Within
three weeks of the order acknowledgement date.
• If we are unable to add to your existing order, we will create a new order for your addition or
replacement and you will be given a new ship date for your additional items.
• REFUNDS: Refunds resulting from cancellations, exchanges, or overpayment take 4 to 6 weeks to
process. Refunds under $5.00 will be credited to your account and may be used for future orders.
